Real Name: Krysta *Yep its me again!*
Age: 18
Email: kp_0001@hotmail.com
**Civilian Identity**
Character Name: Michiru Kaiou
Race: Human
Physical Description: Michiru has long curly marine blue hair that falls to the middle of her back and every once and a while she’ll put it up in a ponytail but more often than not it stays down. Her eyes are such a dark blue; they rival the deepest part of the sea for color.
Age: 18ish
Hobbies: Playing the violin, collecting cosmetics, painting, swimming
Goals: She wants to become a violinist
Personality: Michiru herself comes across as mature, sensible, and patient. She seems to truly think about her words and actions, instead of spontaneously rushing into a situation. She is incredibly flirty, but surprisingly she is said to be somewhat of a loner. She often teases Haruka about jealousy and plays with her partner in subtle but harmless ways.
History: Minako has just finished playing a racing game with Tennou Haruka, whom she and Tsukino Usagi think is a man, when Michiru shows up to collect her friend. The pair bids farewell to the girls, who then spend the episode trying to figure out if Haruka and Michiru are a couple. In the end, Haruka reveals she is in fact a woman. Although nothing is said about Michiru's relationship with Haruka, by this time, one might already guess that the two may be intimate. Michiru attends tenth grade (or first year high school) at Mugen Gakuen, a school comprised of all grades and intended for gifted students. Michiru plays the violin, paints, and swims, all of which she does exceptionally well.
Michiru's first impression of Usagi is that she is just a cute kid. She plays the older friend role, trying to help Usagi become more mature, as unlikely as the event is. As a gesture of friendship, Michiru gives Usagi a pair of symphony tickets for Usagi and Chiba Mamoru, Usagi's destined boyfriend. At this point Usagi obviously idolizes Michiru, calling her "the ideal princess." Usagi tells Michiru that she wants to be just like her, even to the extent of pulling out Michiru's violin and attempting to play, much to the dismay of those in earshot. Michiru also develops a relationship with Mizuno Ami while at the sports center swimming pool. Michiru challenges Ami to a race, which ends in a tie. Michiru accuses Ami of holding back and forcing a tie, claiming the girl is non-confrontational. She later challenges Ami to a rematch, and Ami accepts, vowing to herself that this time she won't hold back. Both girls push themselves to the limit and once again the match ends in a tie.
**Senshi/Tennou Identity **
Senshi/Tennou Name: Sailor Neptune
Sailor Senshi Transformation Phrase: “Neptune Planet Power Make-Up”
Fuku/Tennou Uniform Description: White, Blue and teal make up the majoirty of Michiru's senshi uniform.
Weapons/Attacks: Sailor Neptune is the holder of the Deep Aqua Mirror, one of the legendary talismans needed to call forth the Holy Grail. Her main attack is Deep Submerge, however with the Aqua mirror she can perform Submarine Reflection.
Senshi/Tennou Awakening and/or History: Sailor Neptune derives her power from the planet Neptune. Her powers are water based and her guardian is the Ocean. Her original mission, along with Sailor Uranus and Sailor Pluto, was to protect the solar system from outside invaders. She and the other two outer senshi were given powers far greater than those of the inner senshi. At the same time, the outer senshi, during the silver millennium, were loners, left to guard the solar system alone. Michiru has already been awakened when she meets Haruka, a track star, at school through a mutual friend. Michiru's interest in Haruka is evident from the beginning; however, Haruka pushes Michiru away and tells the girl to leave her alone. Michiru approaches Haruka later on, telling her that she must be feeling what Michiru herself feels. Haruka, however, is not ready to accept her fate just then. Finally, Haruka is attacked by a youma. Her henshin stick appears along with Michiru, who warns her not to take it. Michiru transforms into Sailor Neptune and defeats the youma. She tells Haruka that she was happy when she found out that Haruka was Sailor Uranus, her destined partner for a mission to save the world. But Michiru didn't want Haruka to be forced into the life that she had chosen. Haruka, however, accepted her destiny.
Current Mission: Sailor Neptune and Uranus's mission is quite simple. They are looking for the three sacred talismans, the Aqua Mirror, the Space Sword, and the Garnet Orb, which are trapped inside the pure crystal hearts of three individuals. The catch is that the pure souls possessing the talismans will die once the objects are removed. Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus are willing to make this sacrifice to save the world from the messiah of silence. Sailor Moon, however, is not. It is for this reason that the outer senshi view the inner senshi as a burden. To them, the inner senshi cannot see that the sacrifice of a few to save many is necessary to rid the world of evil. Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus often tell the inner senshi to get lost and let them complete their mission, however, they offer the inners little information on that mission, claiming that it's none of their business.
